You don't have to keep managing alone.
Something brought you here. Maybe it's the same cycles showing up in your relationships. Maybe it's an exhaustion you can't explain. Maybe it's a quiet sense that you've been living at a distance from yourself.
I work with women who are ready to stop fighting themselves and start understanding themselves from the inside out. I believe real resilience grows in honest relationship, in learning to listen to your body, in mindful self-awareness, and for many of my clients, in reconnecting with faith in a way that feels true rather than obligatory.
Using Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Compassion Focused Therapy, we work on the system underneath your patterns — not just the symptoms on the surface. I also incorporate somatic awareness and self-compassion practices, so healing happens not just through insight but through your body and your felt sense of safety.
The people I work with often come in talking about parenting stress, anxiety, perfectionism, or relationship cycles. Underneath is usually a longer story — one that began in a family where their emotional world wasn't fully seen. We work on that story together, gently and at your pace.
For clients of faith, I welcome the integration of your spiritual life into the healing process — because I believe your faith belongs in the room, not left at the door.
